Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of BDMs
Drive field sales activities in the open market through the team
Achieve branch-level sales targets and revenue goals
Recruit, train, and develop the sales team
Ensure productivity, discipline, and compliance within the branch
Build strong customer and channel relationships
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
