BPO Telecaller Fresher

We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team in Nagpur. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal experience. The primary role involves interacting with customers over the phone to provide information, answer queries, and support various telemarketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to provide information and support based on their needs.

- **Information Gathering:** Collect and confirm customer details in order to maintain accurate records and assist in lead generation.

- **Sales Support:** Promote and sell our products and services, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication techniques.

- **Query Resolution:** Address customer complaints and queries, ensuring quick and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Data Entry:** Accurately input customer information and interaction details into the company's database.

- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should be 12th Pass with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or local languages). A pleasant voice and a friendly demeanor are essential to engage effectively with customers. Candidates should be open-minded, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong listening skills and the ability to handle customer queries patiently are crucial. Basic computer proficiency is a must, along with a willingness to work in an office setting during regular working hours.
