roles and responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.

handle inbound customer queries and resolve their concerns.

maintain a daily call log and update customer records in the database.

follow up with leads and prospects regularly.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

maintain a professional and positive tone in all communications.

requirements:

minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

good communication skills in [english / hindi / regional languages as required].

basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm tools).

ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

preferred skills:

fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

patience and the ability to handle pressure.

good listening and problem-solving abilities.
