Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
Handle inbound customer queries and resolve their concerns.
Maintain a daily call log and update customer records in the database.
Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain a professional and positive tone in all communications.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Languages as required].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Patience and the ability to handle pressure.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
