Designation: Customer care executive / Customer care executive / Voice call center executive
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling the travel tickets related calls.
2. Resolving the complaints of customers in a timely manner.
3. Handling Escalated Customer Issues.
4. Work Time: 9pm to 7am
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidates who are experienced they can only apply.
2. Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented
3. Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
4. Be familiar with basic web applications and working knowledge of MS excel.
5. Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
