Boutique Manager (1-2 Years)

We are looking for a Boutique Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience in a full-time role located in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion design and a strong commitment to customer service.

As a Boutique Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily boutique operations, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will actively participate in all activities within the boutique, enhancing both the customer service and sales processes.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong speaking skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with customers and team members. You should have a background in fashion designing to provide insightful recommendations and create an inviting atmosphere in the boutique.

Additionally, we seek candidates who are motivated and enthusiastic, willing to engage in all aspects of boutique management, from presentation to customer interactions. This role requires the ability to work from the office, with standard working hours and designated days off each week.
