We are looking for a motivated and skilled Boutique Manager - Sales with 2 to 3 years of experience to lead our boutique in Namchi, South Sikkim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, set sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed those goals. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage boutique staff. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, and fostering staff development.3. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
