We are looking for a reliable and vigilant Bouncer to join our team in Thane West. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Crowd Control**: Manage the crowd to ensure a safe environment for guests. You will monitor the crowd behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent disturbances.

- **ID Verification**: Check the identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age. This involves being attentive and thorough while inspecting IDs at the entrance.

- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle disputes or disagreements among guests in a calm and professional manner. Your ability to de-escalate tense situations is crucial to maintaining order.

- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to act in case of emergencies, such as health issues or security threats. Quick decision-making skills are essential to respond effectively.

- **Security Patrols**: Regularly patrol the venue to ensure all areas are secure. This involves being vigilant and aware of your surroundings at all times.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Previous experience as a Bouncer or in a security role for 1 to 3 years is preferred. Familiarity with crowd management and conflict resolution techniques is important.

- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with guests and other staff members.

- A good level of physical fitness is required, as the role may involve standing for long periods and responding quickly to incidents.

- You should have at least completed your 10th grade education and be able to follow procedures and protocols diligently.
