- Supervise all the tinkers, painters and technicians in the body shop.
- Interact with the Service Advisor & Parts Manager.
- 100% completion of all the services/ repairs listed in the repair order.
- Ensure technicians remove only the required parts & store it in proper place.
- Ensure work flow monitoring as per TAT norms.
- Update and inform Bodyshop Manager & Bodyshop Advisor regarding work
status and reason for delay in order to take approval from the customers.
- Ensure correct usage of tools / equipment.
- In case of any jobs identified during the work process, inform the service advisor
in order to take approval from the insurance company.
- Issue the parts requisition slip to the technicians for taking the parts from the
stores.
