We are looking for a Boarding Pass Executive who will be responsible for assisting passengers with the boarding process at our facility. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding experience.Key Responsibilities:- Check Passenger Documents: Verify boarding passes and identification to ensure compliance with travel regulations.- Assist Passengers: Provide guidance and support to passengers throughout the boarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.- Manage Boarding Gates: Monitor boarding gates to ensure that passengers board their flights in an orderly and timely manner.- Communicate Flight Information: Relay important flight updates and announcements to passengers, helping them stay informed about any changes.- Cooperate with Staff: Work closely with airline staff and security personnel to coordinate effective boarding procedures while maintaining safety and security.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess good communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. A friendly attitude and the ability to work under pressure are important for this role. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, ensuring all documents and information are accurate. Because this is a full-time office-based job in Kolkata, punctuality and reliability are further expectations.
