We are looking for a dedicated Boarding Gate Agent to join our team in Ranchi. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth boarding process for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check Boarding Passes: Verify and scan boarding passes to ensure passengers are allowed to board the aircraft, maintaining security protocols.

- Assist Passengers: Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding boarding procedures, gate changes, and flight status, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

- Handle Baggage: Ensure that passengers’ baggage is correctly tagged and directed, helping them with any baggage-related inquiries.

- Monitor Boarding: Oversee the boarding process to ensure it runs efficiently and on time, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.

- Coordinate with Crew: Work closely with flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth communication and an effective boarding process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Customer Service Orientation: Must have a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide excellent support to passengers in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately check boarding passes and manage the boarding process without errors.

- Basic Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly with passengers and other team members.
