BMS Operator

A Building Management System (BMS) operator is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a building's technical systems. Their responsibilities include:

Monitoring: Monitoring the operation of the building's systems, such as HVAC and fire systems

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues with the building's systems

Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and repairs

Optimization: Optimizing the building's systems for efficient operation
