Job Role: As a Bill Checking Executive, your responsibilities will include:
1. Utilizing basic accounting knowledge to collect bills and cross-check TDS & GST calculations and other relevant details.
2. Physically receiving goods and certifying their receipt.
3. Collecting all bills in a timely manner and submitting them to the CEO for further payment processing.
4. Understanding and drafting documents and letters.
5. Operating various software and performing data entry tasks.
6. Assisting with other official tasks as required.
7. Prepare reports on vehicle maintenance activities and provide regular updates to the CEO or relevant stakeholders.
Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
1. Proficiency in computer usage.
2. TDS AND GST Knowledge Must.
3. Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
