Direct Walk-In For Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Narvee Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 20 Bench Sales Recruiters (US IT Staffing) for our Ameerpet, Hyderabad office. Work from office, night shift 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST.

Role: Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens, EAD) to prime vendors, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners and direct US clients. Source requirements from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn. Negotiate W2/C2C/1099 rates, coordinate interviews, close placements and maintain daily pipeline in CRM/ATS.

Requirements: 0-6 years of US IT bench sales experience; freshers welcome on a Trainee track. Knowledge of US work authorisations and tax terms required; prime-vendor experience preferred for experienced candidates. Excellent English communication skills and comfort working night shifts (US hours).

Salary: INR 15,000-55,000 per month plus performance incentives and bonuses (Trainee: 15,000-20,000; 1-3 years: 20,000-35,000; 3-6 years: 35,000-55,000).

Location: 404, 4th Floor, Aditya Trade Center, Satyam Theatre Rd, Ameerpet, Hyderabad - , Telangana. Open to job seekers from anywhere in Telangana; outstation candidates must relocate to Hyderabad.
