About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
€¢ Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
€¢ Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
€¢ Maintain and update CRM/database records
€¢ Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
€¢ Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics
€¢ Performance based incentives
Skills Required
€¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
€¢ Confident in cold calling and client interaction
€¢ Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
€¢ Lead generation and prospecting ability
€¢ Market research skills
€¢ Time management and organizational skills
€¢ Ability to handle rejection professionally
€¢ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
€¢ Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
