role & responsibilities:
call and engage with potential leads (provided by the company) and explain our products & services.
at times, generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
counsel prospects on financial education courses, advisory services, pms, and mutual fund products.
understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
convert leads into customers and achieve monthly targets.
maintain client relationships and ensure follow-ups for repeat business.
what we expect:
excellent communication & persuasion skills (hindi, english, and regional languages preferred).
passion for sales, client handling, and financial products.
ability to work with targets and deliver results.
freshers & experienced candidates (0–2 years) are welcome.
basic knowledge of stock markets, investments, or mutual funds will be an added advantage.
salary & benefits:
💰 fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month
