About the Role

Scalemate Services is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify potential leads through calls and other channels.

Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

Present company services to potential clients.

Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Sales Targets

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Meet individual business-generation goals.

Maintain consistent follow-ups and lead conversions.

Work towards improving sales performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in sales/business development.
