Opening For Barista

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service while preparing a variety of coffee beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Coffee Beverages: Make high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes, using the right techniques and equipment.

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and handle payments, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone who visits.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and seating area clean and organized at all times, following proper sanitary procedures.

- Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, informing management when items need to be reordered.

- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, from preparing drinks to serving customers.

- Handle Customer Feedback: Address any customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but candidates with a passion for coffee and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.

- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important.

- Must be dependable and punctual, showing commitment to the job.

- Basic math skills are needed for handling cash and making transactions.

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be willing to work full-time from our office location. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
