Barista (Male)

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Namchi, South Sikkim. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience and a passion for providing excellent coffee and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring high quality and consistency. Follow recipes and techniques to create signature drinks that satisfy our customers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment. Regularly clean and sanitize all areas to meet health and safety standards.

Provide exceptional customer service while taking orders and engaging with customers. Listen to their preferences and give recommendations to enhance their experience.

Manage inventory and stock supplies effectively. Keep track of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients to minimize waste and ensure availability.

Assist in training new baristas and team members. Share knowledge about coffee preparation and customer service best practices to help the team grow.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in a barista role. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a passion for coffee. The candidate must also demonstrate reliability and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
