Opening For Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista in Dubai with 2 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and a passion for coffee and customer service.

As a Barista, your key responsibilities will include preparing high-quality coffee and beverages. You will use various brewing methods and ensure the consistency of taste and presentation. Another important duty is maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, including the coffee station and dining area. Customer interaction is vital, so you will take orders, provide recommendations, and deliver excellent service to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. You will also handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage with customers daily. A friendly and upbeat attitude will contribute to a positive experience for guests. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends is important.
