Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Beverages: Skillfully make a variety of coffee and tea drinks, following recipes and maintaining quality standards.

- Customer Service: Engage with customers, take orders, and provide information about menu items to enhance their experience.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized to ensure a welcoming environment.

- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient operations.

- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members to deliver timely service and support each other during busy periods.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of barista experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. A passion for coffee culture is essential. Candidates should have strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Attention to detail is crucial, as quality and consistency are important in drink preparation.
