Barista - Ahmedabad

As a Barista, you will be the face of our café in Ahmedabad. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a great experience for our customers. Your role will combine serving coffee and gelato, taking care of billing, and overseeing the overall cafe functions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serving Customers: You will expertly prepare and serve a variety of beverages and gelato, ensuring customer satisfaction with each order.

- Billing Management: Accurately handle the billing system, ensuring smooth transactions for all customers.

- Café Management: Oversee daily operations to maintain a clean, welcoming environment, motivating and coordinating the team.

To succeed in this role, you need practical skills and expectations that include:

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years, but no more than 6 years in a similar role is required.

- Customer Service Skills: You must be friendly and engaging, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.

- Team Coordination: Ability to work well with others, guiding the team to deliver excellent service.
