job descriptions

• calling clients, showing them the banquet & convincing them to book.

• understanding the client requirements and creating a package with all the requirements of the clients.

• coordinating and negotiating with relevant vendors and giving the best quotation to the clients.

•prepare daily call reports and brief the management on daily basis.

• preparing & maintaining function prospectus for every event.

qualifications

• have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• ability to take up ownership.

• presentable and soothing personality.

• has at least 1 year of experience.

sunday working . 1 weekday off.
