we are seeking responsible and customer-focused bank officer to join our banking partner's team. the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. the bank officer will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

key responsibilities:

customer service:

provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers.

respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

account management:

manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.

open new accounts, update account information, and handle account closures.

sales and marketing:

meet sales targets by selling banking products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.

identify and refer potential customers to relevant banking products.

loan processing:

process loan applications, ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

conduct credit assessments and recommend loan approvals.

operational tasks:

perform daily banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to banking regulations.
