Looking For Bank Officer

We are seeking responsible and customer-focused Bank Officer to join our Banking Partner's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The Bank Officer will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Account Management:

Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.

Open new accounts, update account information, and handle account closures.

Sales and Marketing:

Meet sales targets by selling banking products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.

Identify and refer potential customers to relevant banking products.

Loan Processing:

Process loan applications, ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Conduct credit assessments and recommend loan approvals.

Operational Tasks:

Perform daily banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to banking regulations.
