Urgent Requirement For Bams Doctor

We are seeking a dedicated BAMS Medical Officer with hands-on exposure to Pediatric ICU / ICU to support clinical operations, patient monitoring, and emergency care. The role involves working closely with senior pediatricians and intensivists in a critical care environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Monitor pediatric and critically ill patients and report clinical changes to consultants

Assist in ICU procedures under supervision (IV lines, monitoring, documentation)

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and ICU notes

Coordinate with nursing staff and ICU technicians for effective patient care

Handle emergency situations and assist in patient stabilization as per hospital protocols

Ensure strict adherence to infection control and ICU safety standards

Communicate effectively with patient attendants when required

Follow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical medical practices

🔹 Skills & Competencies

Prior exposure to ICU / PICU / NICU preferred

Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) / Pediatric Life Support

Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure critical care settings

Strong clinical observation, documentation, and reporting skills

Team-oriented with good communication and coordination abilities
