Bakery Chef

Hi there, I am looking for a bakery chef who has minimum 16 and above years experience and atleast once worked in a factory outlet

Opening of new bakery in majestic (BANGALORE) with front shop and back there will be a factory outlet of breads,cookies,cakes,rusks and muffin and all the machines are imported from europe / taiwan so I need a chef who knows a knowledge of bakery items like puffs,pizza,buns and also who knows recipe for cookies , cakes , bread , rusks and muffins and he should have proper discipline

He will be commanding the factory outlet and after 3 months we will increase the salary of chef by 20K
