Looking For Manager Backend Operations (Immigration)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager - Backend Operations to lead and manage the backend processing team within the immigration industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of immigration documentation, case management, process compliance, and team leadership. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting turnaround timelines while coordinating with internal teams and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end backend operations for immigration and visa processing.

Supervise and mentor the backend processing team to ensure productivity and accuracy.

Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of documentation and submissions.

Review immigration documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Coordinate with sales, legal, documentation, and client service teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Ensure adherence to company policies, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.

Track team performance, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).

Conduct regular training sessions and provide performance feedback to team members.

Resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases when required.

Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management.

Drive process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in backend operations within the immigration industry.

At least 2 years of experience in a team handling or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in handling multiple countries and immigration programs is an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
