key responsibilities:

- english typing and hindi typing: ability to type accurately and efficiently in both languages.

- back office processing: handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

- data processing: sorting, organizing, and inputting data into computer systems.

- copy editing: reviewing and correcting written content for errors and accuracy.

- computer operations: familiarity with basic computer functions and operations.

- data management: maintaining and updating databases with new information.

- non voice process: communicating and processing information without the need for verbal communication.

required skills and expectations:

the ideal candidate should have proficiency in english and hindi typing, strong communication skills, knowledge of ms office package, and the ability to work independently from home. basic computer skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are also required for this position.
