Nexa Consultancy is a Canadian company based in Surrey, British Columbia. We hire directly (we are not a placement agency), and our India team works remotely with our Canada-based team.

The role

We are hiring one India-based executive who handles two things: the day-to-day backend operations that keep client files accurate, and Nexa's digital marketing. That means short-form video, social posts and Meta ads.

What you will do

Backend operations

- Prepare, check and organise client documents, including editing, filling, merging and signing PDFs in Adobe Acrobat

- Keep the CRM up to date and accurate after every client interaction

- Send and track client follow-ups so nothing is missed

- Maintain clean, complete records and trackers (Google Sheets / Excel)

- Take part in client meetings on Zoom and Google Meet (camera on)

Digital marketing

- Edit Reels and short videos for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

- Create social media posts (design, captions and scheduling)

- Run and monitor Meta ads: set up campaigns, manage budgets, track cost per lead (CPL) and report results

What you need (you must show proof of every item below)

- A portfolio of Reels and short videos you edited, plus social posts you created

- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience: at least one real campaign you ran yourself, with its budget, cost per lead and results

- Hands-on Adobe Acrobat PDF editing: edit, fill, merge and sign

- Backend support experience: documents, CRM updates, follow-ups and records

- Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi (the first round includes answers in both)

- Comfortable on client Zoom and Google Meet calls with your camera on and your face visible the whole time (a work requirement for client meetings)

- Your own laptop with a good camera, a noise-cancelling headset, reliable Wi-Fi and an inverter or power backup. You must confirm all four when you apply

- Able to work the full-time fixed shift below, with no other job that clashes

Client-facing role

- Your camera must be on and your face visible throughout every client meeting.

- We expect professional, confident conduct and a polished way of presenting to clients.

- We work with international clients across time zones, so you must be comfortable with night-time working hours (IST).

Shift (full-time, fixed)

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Saturday (12:30 AM - 8:30 AM IST).

Screening questions (required)

1. Share a link to your portfolio of edited Reels/short videos and social posts (Google Drive, Instagram, YouTube or a portfolio site; please make sure the link is viewable).

2. Describe one Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign you ran yourself: the objective, total budget, cost per lead (CPL), number of leads and the result.

We review every application against the requirements above. Applications without a portfolio link and a real Meta campaign example cannot be shortlisted.
