ack Office Executive Company: Hero MotoCorp Dealership Location: Korauta, Lohta, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Fixed Salary: 8,000-10,000 per month Incentives: Additional, performance-based Job Responsibilities • Coordinate vehicle registration (RTO), documentation and follow-ups with relevant agents and authorities. • Coordinate vehicle allocation, stock availability, invoicing and delivery schedules. • Maintain customer records, booking details, sales invoices and vehicle delivery documents. • Coordinate with banks and finance companies regarding loan documentation and status. • Maintain daily sales reports, stock records, payment entries and basic Excel records. • Coordinate with Hero MotoCorp representatives, vehicle transporters and suppliers as required. • Track pending registrations, insurance documents, number plates and other delivery-related requirements. • Assist with insurance processing, warranty documentation and customer paperwork. • Ensure records are accurate, organized and updated on time. Requirements • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word and . • Good organizational, communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate multiple tasks. • Freshers with good computer skills may apply; relevant experience is preferred. • Knowledge of automobile dealership operations, RTO processes or vehicle financing is an advantage. Compensation & Growth • Fixed salary of 8,000-10,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. • Additional incentives based on performance, accuracy and timely completion of work. • Training and opportunities for career growth.
