Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and

operational activities. The candidate will handle data management, documentation, coordination,

and internal process support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Maintain and update company records, files, and databases

ï‚· Handle data entry, documentation, and report preparation

ï‚· Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations

ï‚· Manage emails, invoices, purchase orders, and MIS reports
