The Back Office Executive supports daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases
Enter, update, and verify data in systems accurately
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Handle emails, correspondence, and internal communication
Coordinate with front office, sales, finance, and other departments
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other operational documents
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in audits and administrative reviews
Monitor schedules, deadlines, and task completion
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of data management and reporting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
