Job Description

As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational activities of the company. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring smooth internal processes.

- **Documentation Management:** Organize and maintain files and documents, ensuring that all paperwork is easily accessible and updated. This helps in keeping the office organized and efficient.

- **Customer Support:** Assist in answering queries and providing information via phone or email. Although this is a back-office role, customer interaction is sometimes necessary to resolve issues.

- **Report Generation:** Prepare and generate reports based on the data collected. These reports are vital for tracking performance and making informed decisions.

- **Coordination with Teams:** Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Effective communication is key in ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
