Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling crucial backend operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining accurate records. If you have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to multitask, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare challans and maintain stock records using Tally and Excel
- Conduct payment follow-ups and liaise with manufacturers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Verify and process QC & COA reports
- Manage purchase invoices, follow up on pending payments, and issue purchase orders (PO)
- Inspect received goods as per challans and confirm packing, invoice, delivery address, GST, PAN details with buyers
- Maintain and update client details and essential business data
Required Skills
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & Basic Tally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations when needed
