Job Description

- Knowledge of Hindi Typing: The candidate should have the ability to type in Hindi accurately and efficiently.

- Data Management: Responsible for organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, ensuring data is stored and archived correctly.

- Back Office Processing: Supporting the administrative tasks of the organization from behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.

- Non Voice Process: Handling tasks that do not involve speaking on the phone, such as email communications and data entry.

- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations, including file management, internet browsing, and software usage.

- Copy Editing: Checking and correcting errors in written documents to improve accuracy and readability.

- MS Office Package: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various office tasks.

- Data Entry: Entering and updating data accurately in databases or spreadsheets.

- Mails: Handling email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and forwarding messages to the relevant parties.

- Online and Offline Data Entry: Ability to enter data both online and offline, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Typing Skills: Proficient in both Hindi and English typing to complete tasks quickly and accurately.

- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and convey information effectively.
