About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent with a strong background in digital marketing sales to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is B2B appointment setting through cold outreach—phone, email, or social media—to generate qualified leads for our marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach to businesses to generate qualified B2B appointments
Set and confirm appointments for our marketing consultants and closers
Maintain an accurate log of outreach and follow-up activities using CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging
Understand and communicate the value of our digital marketing services effectively
Continuously optimize outreach processes to increase appointment-setting success
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, and B2B appointment setting
Strong background in digital marketing sales (not just marketing theory)
Ability to effectively pitch digital marketing services to decision-makers
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools is a plus
Experience with the buyer's market or understanding of buyer psychology is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
1–3+ years in digital marketing or marketing-related sales roles
Prior experience working with agencies or service-based businesses
