we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to manage our indiamart portal. the role involves handling product listings, responding to buyer inquiries, generating leads, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and customers through the indiamart platform. the candidate will play a key role in expanding our online visibility, increasing sales opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
key responsibilities:
manage and update product catalogs, pricing, and descriptions on the indiamart portal.
respond promptly to buyer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups via indiamart crm.
generate and qualify leads to share with the sales team.
monitor buyer interest, order trends, and competitor activities on the portal.
coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) for order fulfillment.
maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and leads for reporting.
ensure timely and professional communication to build customer trust.
analyze performance metrics on indiamart and suggest improvements.
requirements:
graduate in business, marketing, commerce, or related field.
prior experience handling indiamart or other b2b portals preferred.
strong communication and customer-handling skills.
proficiency in ms office (excel, word) and internet research.
ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
basic knowledge of online marketing and b2b lead generation.
