We are hiring a Customer-focused & experienced Service Advisor for a reputed Automobile Car Dealership in Raipur. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, understand vehicle service processes, and want to grow long-term in the automobile industry.

Automobile dealership experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers at the service reception desk

Understand customer complaints & vehicle issues clearly

Prepare accurate job cards with detailed service requirements

Explain service work, timelines & estimated costs to customers

Coordinate with technicians & workshop team for smooth service execution

Monitor service progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles

Inform customers about additional repairs or delays, if any

Ensure high customer satisfaction at the time of vehicle delivery

Follow dealership service SOPs & quality standards

Handle follow-ups for repeat service and customer retention

Skills Required

Excellent customer handling & communication skills

Knowledge of automobile service processes

Job card preparation & service coordination skills

Ability to explain technical work in a simple manner

Basic computer & DMS (Dealer Management System) knowledge

Time management & multitasking ability

Team coordination & problem-solving skills

Qualification

10+2 / Diploma / ITI / Graduation

Automobile or mechanical background preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in authorized car dealership / service center

Customer-friendly & presentable personality

Willing to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

Ready to grow long-term in the automobile industry
