Role & Responsibilities

Professionally attend walk-in customers at the showroom

Understand customer requirements and suggest the right car model

Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, and EMI options

Arrange and conduct test drives confidently

Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships

Follow up on enquiries, leads, and referrals

Close sales while achieving monthly targets

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams

Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
