Job Summary:

The Project Engineer Trainer Automation is responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training on industrial automation technologies. The role involves conducting workshops, guiding trainees in hands-on projects, and ensuring strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, drives, and related systems. The trainer will also prepare training materials, support lab activities, and assist in technical coordination when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training programs and workshops in Industrial Automation and BMS (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, Electrical & Electronics, Electro-Hydraulic & Pneumatic, CCTV, ACS, PAGA, LAN, etc.).

Provide hands-on practice to students, professionals, customers, and system integrators.

Prepare training kits, documents, demo applications, and digital learning content.

Manage training schedules, seminars (online/offline), and technical queries.

Maintain updated technical documentation, manuals, and product information.

Support technical coordination and on-site training when required.

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI

Basic electrical, electronics, and automation skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Practical troubleshooting ability

Capability to prepare clear and simple training materials
