Job Description:

• Sourcing potential candidates from Ceipal / Monster / Indeed / LinkedIn

• Forwarding resumes to Lead Recruiter for review

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Ability to perform Boolean searches on various platforms

• Ability to work independently

• Post jobs from time to time

• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

• Understand the various interview formats (. phone, , MS Team and other )

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

• Coordinate interviews with candidates

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Good verbal and written communication skills
