Sourcing potential candidates from Ceipal / Monster / Indeed / LinkedIn

Forwarding resumes to Lead Recruiter for review

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Ability to perform Boolean searches on various platforms

Ability to work independently

Post jobs from time to time

Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities

Understand the various interview formats (. phone, , MS Team and other )

Knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Coordinate interviews with candidates

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Good verbal and written communication skills
