Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Associate Manager to lead and manage a remote team while ensuring high performance, productivity, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of associates or team leads in a remote work environment.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance reviews.
Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to enhance team performance.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
Handle people-related issues, escalations, and conflict resolution professionally.
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive remote work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5–8 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team management role.
Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and performance management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage remote teams effectively and maintain engagement.
Experience with performance tracking tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing distributed or work-from-home teams.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Experience in process improvement or operational management.
