Responsible for store operations

Take steps to ensure that Net Sales targets are achieved

Stock inventory, controlling expiry and damage, shrinkage

Cash handling

Making duty roster for staff

Customer handling

Maintaining store operation checklist

Making store planogram

Preparing sales & Stock reports on daily basis

Taking daily stock inventory

Conduct programs to improve average bill value

Make efforts for better ordering, merchandising and suggestive selling of products to improve sales.

Review and set up SOP for the Operations for both Store and online business
