• he/she should supervise the barber’s duties of switching on the warmers, sanitizing the backwash and

• whether the towels are rolled.

• he/she should supervise the cleaning done by the support staff

• its mandatory for the manager to check the cleanliness of the barber stations ,vip suite and vip

• washrooms

• its mandatory for the managers to be a part of every consultation

• managers should be well groomed themselves and also supervise the grooming of the staff

• he/she should tally business cash three times in a day

• managers should be vigilant when it comes to maintenance issues as there is a possibility of it hampering

• the business

• managers should stand on the floor when the services are going on. this is to check if the service sop’s are

• followed by the barbers

• managers should make sure that the beverages (that are served to the client) aren’t delayed and cookies

• served to every guest

• he/she has to take feedback and click a picture of every client

• he/she must carry out other duties related to the smooth operations of the store and company.
