â— Handle Clients Queries, Build & Maintain Relationships & Requirements of Commercial
property
â— Sell/lease Real Estate Commercial Properties to Corporate & Hni Clients
â— Propose Clients with Different Available Option of Properties
â— Conduct Meetings and Inspections with Clients
â— Maintain & Update Data Related to Clients and Properties On Crm
â— Timely Communication Both Oral and Written to all Stakeholders
â— Report On the Deals Under Various Stages of Progress with Their Reporting Manager
â— Close Prospective Clients and Ensure Collections.
â— Achieve Monthly / Annual Business Targets
