responsibilities:
● handle clients queries, build & maintain relationships & requirements of commercial
property
● sell/lease real estate commercial properties to corporate & hni clients
● propose clients with different available option of properties
● conduct meetings and inspections with clients
● maintain & update data related to clients and properties on crm
● timely communication both oral and written to all stakeholders
● report on the deals under various stages of progress with their reporting manager
● close prospective clients and ensure collections.
● achieve monthly / annual business targets
requirement:
● 2 wheeler and license is mandatory
● excellent communication skills in english. (clarity & understanding)
● minimum 2 years experience in any sales. (real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality,
or any b2b sales)
● minimum graduate in any discipline
