JOB DESCRIPTION
Checking relevant tenders on various portals including GEM, OIL PSUs;
Preparing tender documents and Tender Bidding;
Material Planning and Order placement on Vendors;
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
Coordinate with Accounts, Operations and other departments in the Organization to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of Processing and Execution of Customer Orders;
Prepare Sales Offers and send out Sales Quotations;
Follow ups with Vendors for Order Status and with customers for payments;
Well-Versed with Inventory Software Management;
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems;
Deal with customer complaints or issues;
Support meeting and conferencing needs;
Assist in vendor relationship management;
Compliances of checklists and other necessary documentation;
Proficient in MS-Outlook and other Office Application Software’s;
Fluent in English – both Spoken & Written;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
