Roles and Responsibilities
Managing clients through counseling and diet plan preparations
Monitoring sales opportunities of team members, discussing the same with TL and motivating/ guiding team members to achieve conversions
Conduct RCA, define action steps, align with TL and pass on to team members for all client escalations of team members
Validating and approving diet plans sent to clients by team members
Ensuring that client parameters are recorded in the system by dietitian and doing RCA on any misses.
Continuously train team members on identified gaps
Ensuring SOP adherence by team members through periodic check ins
Identify training needs of individual team members and organize training through the training team.
Assessing performance of each team member and sharing with TLs.

Must have experience in team handling.
Confident and excellent communication skills
Ready to join immediately.
Dietitians and nutritionists must be up to date with the latest nutrition research.
Should have extended subject knowledge and excellent counseling skills.
Dietitians and nutritionists must be caring and empathetic when helping clients
Address dietary issues and any related emotions.
