Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

Assist in preparing event plans, run-of-show documents, and checklists

Coordinate with vendors, CS team, and production for seamless execution

Ensure all pre-event requirements are confirmed at least 24 hours in advance

On-Ground Execution

Supervise on-ground setup, vendor movements, and dismantling

Be the primary point of contact for vendors during events

Resolve on-ground issues quickly and escalate when required

Budget Management

Track event-wise expenses and ensure P&L stays within budget

Collect minimum 3 vendor quotations per event for cost benchmarking

Support post-event financial reconciliation

Team Supervision

Guide and supervise Operation Executives during events

Assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure accountability

Weekly Review Meeting

Present event status, operational challenges, and upcoming event plans in weekly reviews
