Job Description: Hiring North Indian/Indian Cook (Minimum 1 Year Experience)
We are looking to hire a skilled and passionate assistant Indian cook, preferably with expertise in North Indian cuisine, to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on cooking experience in a professional kitchen or household setting, with a strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
The cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of authentic Indian dishes such as curries, dals, rotis, parathas, rice preparations, snacks, and shakes. Candidates must maintain high hygiene standards, ensure timely meal preparation, and adapt to dietary requirements if needed (., vegetarian, less oil/spice, etc.).
We are seeking someone reliable, punctual, and passionate about Indian cuisine. The ability to plan menus, manage kitchen inventory, and maintain a clean cooking space is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates who can cook vegetarian indian or north indian dishes.
