Should have experience in conducting and managing life skills, livelihood and other career building training programs for women and girls.

Should have experience of training in rural setup and showcase training outputs.

Should have minimum 3 years of experience in managing and leading training program in government and non-government organization.

Digital skill set to run and track online knowledge assessment tool

Should have team handling skills and ability to meet deadlines and work in challenging situation

Willing to travel for trainings and workshops.
