Job Description

we are hiring for staff and cafe managers positions for a branded dessert cafe in north & south goa

*manager roles & responsibilities*

$ manage the entire store and its staff

$ prepare roster of staff and make sure enough availability of staff at all times

$ prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales & consumption reports (training provided)

$making sure the quality of products served is as per company standard

$ tally all cash/card/delivery sales with regular cash deposits in bank

$ make local raw material purchases

$ duty hours- various shifts for 6 days a week with 1 weekly off

$ take the order at the cash counter and then make the order (training provided)

$ maintain the store house keeping with other team members

$ making sure the quality of products served is as per company standard

$ tally all cash/card/delivery sales

$ location: panjim, baga, madgaon, vasco, anjuna, porvorim

baga & anjuna timings are: 7pm to am
