Job Title: Senior Technician - Aluminium Assembly

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician to handle aluminium assembly, fitting, and production activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle aluminium profile assembly and fitting operations.

- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Perform cutting, drilling, machining, fitting, and assembly work.

- Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and proper fitting of components.

- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.

- Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve technical problems.

- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.

- Guide and supervise junior technicians and helpers.

- Coordinate with the production and quality teams.

- Ensure timely completion of production targets and follow safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of aluminium assembly and fabrication.

- Good understanding of technical drawings and measuring instruments.

- Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, drilling machines, and power tools.

- Leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
